PROFECO is a government entity, it is the equivalent of the consumer protection agency in the US. It is an administrative office
and they oversee all of the timeshare complaints.

in charge of your case IS NOT your Attorney. That employee will get paid regardless of the outcome of the situation.
All the major resorts and timeshare companies have large firms working for them, and they ALWAYS show up to the hearings to
make sure that you do not get back mush of what you already paid.
